served with spiced Couscous & minted yoghurt.

Twice roasted duck, served on a sweet potato Lyonnaise

finished with an orange & Grand Marnier sauce.

Slow roasted white rabbit, served on a bed of pomme purée, finished with prunes,

Apple cider, brandy & cream sauce.

Slow braised lamb shank in red wine, tomatoes,

green beans, peas & served on a bed of couscous.

Grain fed fillet of beef (250 grams) on sweet potato Lyonaise,

finished with green peppercorn sauce.

Veal escalope coated in French mustard, pan-fried and flambé in brandy

served with a creamy wine sauce and a sweet potatoes Lyonnaise.
